Aaron Swingler - Head Goalkeepers Coach
How did you become involved in soccer and coaching?
I've been a lifelong soccer player, competing at various levels from youth leagues to club teams. For the past six years, I've also been coaching youth soccer, sharing my passion for the game and helping young players develop their skills on and off the field.
Why you are excited to be part of the new Rush program?
I'm excited to be part of the new Rush program because it gives me the opportunity to positively impact players' lives both on and off the field. Soccer has been a huge part of my life, and I’m eager to share my years of experience to help new players develop their skills and gain a competitive edge. Most importantly, I want to nurture the same love for the game that has driven me throughout my journey, inspiring the next generation to grow and thrive in the sport.
What is one quote that you find valuable, true or inspiring to your approach to life and sport?
“Every day is a chance to be better than we were the day before.”
Continuous self-improvement is at the heart of growth in life and on the pitch. See every day as a new opportunity to learn and grow, even if it’s just a tiny bit.
